About Kose Youth Room
The Kose, Meegomäe, and Puiga youth room was opened in October 2019 on the second floor of the Coop grocery store in the small town of Kose. Over time, the facilities have expanded. A kitchen has been completed for food preparation, and various items for hobby activities have been acquired.
The following hobby clubs operate at the Kose youth room:
- Cooking club
- Crafting
Billiard and table tennis (ping-pong) tournaments are also organized for the youth. In spring and autumn, the group goes on hikes near Lake Verijärve and visits the Kose multifunctional sports field. Additionally, various field trips are organized for local youth as well as in collaboration with other youth from Võru Parish.
The Kose youth room welcomes all young people aged 7–26.

Accessibility
The Kose youth room is located on the second floor of the Coop store. Visitors can park in the parking lot in front of the building. Entry is through the front door, after which you must proceed directly ahead and up the stairs. The staircase consists of two flights with a landing in between. Upon reaching the landing after the first flight, take a few steps to the right to proceed up the second flight. A handrail is available only on the left side throughout the entire staircase. Upon reaching the second floor, the entrance to the youth room is on the right.
The Kose youth room currently lacks the necessary accessibility for young people with mobility-related special needs.
