A visit to the Lasva Old Water Tower offers a diverse and unique experience – discover the region's history, listen to the wonderful sounds created by stepping on the piano staircase's black keys, and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Lasva surroundings from the top of the tower, where a grass-covered roof terrace awaits.

The grass roof features a telescope, which you can use to survey the region or chase stars in the dark. You can also explore the light well located beneath the floor. A stone's throw away from the water tower, in the Lasva village park forest, animal sculptures await you.

The old water tower also hosts a gallery where you can get an overview of the history of the Lasva region. The permanent exhibition introducing the area was compiled by photographer Peeter Laurits and historian Uuno Ojala. Seasonal photo or art exhibitions are displayed inside the tower’s old water tank.

A unique feature of the water tower is the music-making piano staircase, allowing you to play and listen to different sounds as you ascend the tower.

Thematic souvenirs and handicrafts are available on site. The Lasva Water Tower offers memorable moments for all lovers of nature and culture. Come and enjoy the view and listen to the wonderful sounds of the piano staircase with every step!
