About Parksepa Community Center
The Parksepa Community Center uses the premises of Parksepa Secondary School for its activities. Smaller events are also organized in the basement rooms of the building at Kanariku 7, which were renovated for club events in 2004.
In accordance with the weather, events take place on the Parksepa outdoor stage located on the shore of Lake Kanariku in Parksepa, which was built in 1983. Many well-known Estonian musicians have performed at the song festival grounds. Events have been enhanced by guest performers and accordion players from the Võru Folklore Festival, circus and fire artists, the youth of Parksepa, etc.
The history of the Community Center begins in 1956, when the Võru EPT Trade Union Club was founded.
