It is possible to rent rooms and equipment, find suitable services for exercising, use technology, print, copy, and laminate in the buildings managed by the Võru Municipality's Cultural and Youth Centre.

House Rules for Birthday Parties at the Youth Centre:
* You may enter the building 20 minutes before the party, and the party must end on time (kitchen cleaned, trash taken out).
*Treat the youth centre’s rooms and items as you would at home – handle things with care and do not break anything.
*Put trash in a garbage bag to be disposed of in the outside bin. If needed, ask a staff member for a garbage bag.
*After the party, wash the dishes and clean the kitchen floor.
*Eat only in the kitchen.
*In the skatepark, wear a helmet to prevent head injuries. Scooters, rollerblades, and skateboards may only be used in the skatepark.
*The gym cannot be used during birthday parties.
*If anything breaks, inform a youth centre staff member.
*In case of injuries, use the first aid kit in the kitchen cupboard or a cold pack from the fridge.
*In case of fire, exit the building using the signs and call 112.
*For a small fire, use the fire extinguisher.

Use of the gym is subject to a fee for persons aged 18 and over. The price for one session is €4.
The gym can be used under the following conditions:
* A maximum of 3 people can be in the gym at the same time.
* After using the gym, all used equipment must be cleaned.
Pre-registration is required to use the gym. Registration must be done one day in advance.
Available time slots for booking the gym:
12:00–13:30
14:30–16:00
16:00–17:30
Each gym session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. If the next time slot is not booked, users may stay longer. (1 day = 1 session)
The gym may only be used for its intended training purposes. Youth under 14 years old are not allowed to use the gym without a supervisor.
Gym use is free of charge for persons under 18 years old.
